Being Present

I met up with my cousin Violet yesterday. Had a good lunch at Haru. As usual, we had our catch up on gossip and release our pent up frustration with our parents. We talked about her mum’s wake and how disappointed she felt when i was not present during the sent off.

I realize i had not been present for many important occasions.

1)weddings – Stephrene’s wedding

2)being there for Elijah.

Made me realize i have avoidance issues.
