Messy, disorganized. Since young, my mother would always complain about my room. It was never in my blood to be neat. While writing this blog, I pop in some Omega supplements while having this Steven Halpern playlist on.

James Greenblatt uses the Plus Minus Plan. He writes that nearly all kids with ADHD have a magnesium deficiency. They have smaller brains and they get less oxygen and blood sugar. In each chapter, he will recommend supplements and explains how it helps:

I feel fortunate to have come across the Morzart Effect for Children. I zoomed in the index on ADHD(page 183-185). Mozart compositions as Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, Piano Concerto No. 21 in C Major(K.467), and The Marriage of Figaro.
I have been playing No. 21 in C Major(K.467) today. I must say there's a shift in my brain. I am more organised.
