Before we start the Kriya, Gurutej explain the meaning behind the kriya.

How do we vibrate the universe? What does it mean?

It is about projection.

During this set, I questioned how do we project ourselves, is it

1)mental projection(how we visualise ourselves or how we view our environment)

2)vocal projection(the words we say become our universe)

3)feelings(how we feel about things)

I had a powerful meditation on these 3 aspect

Gurutej explained we project our Essence. What is in our heart.

It’s interesting because, I feel that I always do things from the heart but at this moment, I do not understand my heart. Maybe that’s what I need to work on. Understand what my heart wants and find the stability in my life.
